A compact underwater digital camera system, the Sea & Sea DX-1G underwater camera features 10 megapixels image resolution from a high quality CCD sensor and a 24-72mm wide-angle-to-telephoto zoom lens for incredible versatility.
The DX-1G is a technologically advanced, yet user-friendly, underwater system that is ideal for any type of photographer from novice to professional. It offers SLR functionality, performance and features without the bulk, hassle and weight of an SLR system.
This package includes the DX-1G camera, YS-110DS TTL Strobe, Sea Arm VII with Tray, Fiber Optic L type cable, Wide Angle Conversion Lens, Lens Caddy and Pelican 1500 case with Pre-Cut Foam. The Sea & Sea YS-110 is a high-performance strobe designed to be compatible with all cameras.
The YS-110 features an automatic pre-flash function that adjusts for all digital or film cameras. Also featured is a 13-step guide number control for precision manual manipulation of light output. The strobe offers offers DS-TTL (Digital Slave Through-The-Lens) light adjustment if fired with the fiber optic cable when used with the DX-1G.
It also allows full control of flash intensity independent of the camera. The 13-step manual control provides a finely graded variety of light settings up to a powerful max setting of guide number 22. Three xenon tubes positioned in the strobe provide a flat balance all the way across a circular beam angle of 105° (with diffuser), with even and consistent light.
The YS-110 contains a high-luminosity white LED target light located in the center of its front face. The target light turns on with a convenient button press on the strobe’s rear panel, and turns off automatically when the strobe flashes. Recycle time is approximately 1 second.
